In early 2025, inspired by the visionary socialism of Jeremy Corbyn, Your Party was conceived as an alternative to the rigged system that has failed this country for so long. In Wales the rallying call was answered by Beth Winter and Mark Serwotka who were given task of national co-ordination by Jeremy.

Your Party was officially launched in July and, according to the ethos of grassroots politics, members self-organised and formed groups across the country. At breakneck speed, in October 2025 we came together for an exciting all-Wales meeting in Merthyr Tydfil attended by Zarah Sultana, with Jeremy by video.

Mark and Beth are continuing their excellent work as co-convenors. We have an interim steering group ahead of the finalised formation of a UK structure with officers and representatives from branches across the whole of Wales.
